How to Return an Item

Cancellations
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email clear photos to info@selletiq.com. Once verified, we will arrange for either the correct item or a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item(s), we will check them within 3 days. Once the inspection is completed and the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
This means the entire process, from the day we receive your return until the refund appears, usually takes no longer than 10 days.
Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
