When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery. Transit time is generally 4–6 days (Monday to Friday) from the dispatch date.

Possible Delays

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once your parcel has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@selletiq.com and include clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for either the correct item or a suitable replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
